The result is a feast for the eye, a serving dish for little snacks, bonbons, mints or candy. It is fully made of spoons and comes in three sizes. The shaping of the spoons and the way they were put together create an elegant rhythmic flower pattern that will make every bite look even more delicious.

Marijn van der Zwaag, Apeldoorn, 1978. After studying at the Royal Academy of Visual Arts, department of architecture, Marijn took up one year of the IM-Master Education, at the Design Academy Eindhoven. In 2005 he started MIZDesign, his own design studio.

Contrast and simpicity are trademarks of the designs of Marijn van der Zwaag. Also, people have to become pleasantly surprised, as he states himself. “I am always looking for maximum results with minimum needs”. This simplicity is the key to a humorous effect on people.
